At first, working with the idea of calling on the ancestors for support and strength was challenging, as many of my ancestors financially benefitted from the oppression of others. I'd even say they weren't fully human because of it. I've been told by wise people that calling on the ancestors doesn't have to mean my literal blood line, but can be ancestors of the Earth and all of creation. What a relief.

Wenn ich mit Menschen arbeite, die an #Bildungs - Angeboten teilnehmen, beobachte ich ein kleines Spektrum an Menschen und Redeanteilen.

Die Hautfarbe und das Alter macht einen großen Unterschied. Hautfarbe in 99% der Fälle weiss, Alter ü50.

Geschlecht hat nach 1-2 Tagen größere Bedeutung. Anfangs überwiegt bei weissen Männern die Nervosität.

Die weisse Dominanz ist allgegenwärtig und baut sich weiter auf. Männerkult ebenfalls. Geändert hat sich seit Beginn aller Debatten nichts. Schade!
