An absolute stunner and proof that even if it takes up more space in my purse while travelling, I need to keep my Sony with me in my window seat when I travel. My Samsung phone, as good as it is, just cannot capture this kind of detail and color.

Back home after a few weeks of being away. Hopefully this time I can stay put and go back to getting good photos and video of this amazing island. On our way back, the plane had a slightly different approach and the folks on the right-hand side of the plane were treated to incredible views of Molokini and Kaho'olawe.

Apologies - no photo credit, as it's been shared as is many times.

Today I just decided to pretend I had this book nook to sit in and read the day away 🥰

I don't, and I didn't, but for a good 10 mins I did. And it was glorious 🙂

The reason I needed the respite is that I dipped back into the bird site for a particular item, and got stuck there - the atmosphere there is a quagmire of toxic sludge. Everyone seems to have become infected. Ugh 🥴
