I feel that #Windows11 is a big step up from #Windows10 in its #GUI, although not even close to #WindowsXP, #WindowsVista, or #Windows7. Still, Fluent Design is a step in the right direction. I still prefer #Linux though.

So, with nothing to lose, I hauled an old #Windows7 laptop out of mothball storage, booted it up, installed the Mediatek drivers and latest SP Flash Tool, and voila! It successfully flashed my new phone back to factory, and it boots normally again. 😅

I would never have guessed that I would need to use a laptop manufactured in 2007, running an operating system that reached its end-of-life in 2020, to re-flash a brand new flagship smartphone manufactured in 2022. 🤪
