A #GoodNews story. If you live in #Bracknell or #Wokingham you would have seen posters on prominent lamposts appealing for news on a stolen dog, Maple. Maple was a therapy dog stolen from her vulnerable owner in March 2022. Her owner set up a GoFund me page and her posts on instagram (https://www.instagram.com/reunited_therapydog_maple/) were heartbreaking. I encourage you to read how this owner never gave up. This week, after a year, Maple has been found and returned to her owner!

Can't be many working red phoneboxes left in the #UK. I must have walked past this #PhoneBox for years in #Wokingham and not noticed.

Unearthed this Royal County of #Berkshire Official Guide from 1991 on what is, coincidentally, the 25th anniversary of the County Council's demise. I can't see much online about the guide, so I'll scan and PDF it over the weekend and add it to the #InternetArchive so you can all share in the 1990s nostalgia!
