8 oz self raising flour, 4 oz shredded suet, salt, cold water to bind. 2/3rds to line a pudding basin. Fill with thick stew - #leftovers #wolfenoot creamed #mushrooms roast #venison roast swede chips. Add port / stock about halfway up. Use other third #pastry as a lid, seal. Wrap in foil, #steam 2 hours. Good with extra gravy, braised #cabbage, red fruit relish. #recipe

Post #wolfenoot #soup. Veg that were under the roast for flavour (celeriac, carrot, onion, garlic), leftover sauce, glugs of wine and port, stock, cream, smoked salt, leftover potato, pepper, chocolate. Run in Ninja blender in smooth soup mode. Add water to desired texture. #recipe #leftovers
