I plan on tooting about work on Wednesdays, but as my research is in trauma and child abuse, I'm gonna hold off until after the holidays (and there will be lots of CW and TW!)

So for now, I want to rave about Che Empanada, a little #Argentinean bakery I found last night. Possibly the best chorizo empanadas I have ever had. For someone that grew up on the US-Mexico border, that is no small feat!
