Dozens of tabs* in 4 or more browser windows*, plus apps* like Slack, Zoom, Intercom, etc. Nothing graphic intensive.

(Considering there's a 1.5-month wait time for the customized M1 16GB.)

Oh I don't think it's just one supermarket.

I understand prices have to go up now and then, but still...

And our light rail train fares are getting an increase too. So thankful that I #WorkFromHome. 😶

But you know what's crazy? #Medicine that I need to take daily are much cheaper in #Spain and #Portugal -- about half the price than in the #Philippines. Pharma companies can be so cruel.

This little antenna is the thing that enables remote working in the highlands and no doubt countless other places (not HS2).
In a changing world, this is the infrastructure that communities (especially remote ones) need in order to not turn into ghost towns full of 2nd/holiday homes.

#JustSharing With all of the job titles or positions I've had, I didn't have prior* work* experience* when I applied for them. They were my first and I learned on the job. Of course, I had some general* skills that are useful -- computer competencies, customer service, etc.

@bencobley Sadly a lot of truth in this. Getting back to old normal habits after months - well years - of a 'new normal' policy that mandated atomisation, takes more than a formal declaration of 'as you were'. Similar issues with #WorkFromHome and limited visits to care homes & hospitals

Later I'll be going on my 1st trip out of town since #covid started.

Not itching to get away. I'm quite content going around my neighborhood on my #bike and strolling in the #malls. 😁
