People say you should work smarter not harder.

While it has some merit it is also not totally true.

Lots of people ‘work smarter’, where they’re essentially just trying to cut corners. Nothing truly smart about that.

Lots of people are working superhard to get to the core of a problem in order to fix it. Definitely worth praising and getting more of - we have problems enough.

As always it’s not black or white. People who think it is are peddling BS.
