Delegitimising RU aggression (the "crime of aggression", in the #InternationalHumanitarianLaw legal sense) is a parallel to delegitimising US (and other) military aggression. Bush's wars were delegitimised by the #WorldsSecondSuperpower [6]. Chomsky underestimates the #WorldsSecondSuperpower .
