I have the brace (it'd work better if I were wearing it). Tonight my PT also used some metal tool to torture my forearm.
Me: Is that supposed to feel like raking over gravel?
Him: <laughs> Ohhh no. No, this is much worse than normal.
Me: <laughs> I like to excel at things.
I got some stretches, too. Beyond that....? Ideas? I'm open to anything, my webdev class is suffering. :/

I wear my braces at night which I think helps but is there any benefit to other supports during the day or when you’re typing? I see arthritis compression glove things but can’t decide if it’s worth it. Anything to stiff I can’t really type in and I can’t wear things the rest of the time because parenting a 10 month old and wrist braces do not go together. #AskFedi #WristPain
