How can we remove centralized, authoritarian hierarchy from our lives and allow a new society to arise of itself?

In the Universe, or Universes, if you will, there is a natural that things are done and an unnatural way that things are done.
In the natural world, everything arises of itself, without striving, without being forced, without pride and hubris.
Taoists call this "wu wei, literally translated to mean "not doing," but in practice meaning without forcing, naturally, without pretension and pride.
Many years ago, I learned that when I was trying to do something, learn something, accomplish something, there often were many road blocks in my path, difficulties, barriers, mistakes that discouraged me to continue with what I was attempting.
Other times, I found that everything went easy, took less time and had no discouraging interruptions.
I began to think of the bad times as "pushing the rope," that is attempting to make things do as they were not intended. A rope is not to be pushed, but pulled, lest it's inner nature is violated.
Buddhism, Zen and Taoism have similar concepts. In Buddhism, we speak of Right Livelihood, Right Speech and Right Action. In Zen we consider the concept of self-arising. Taoism embraces wu-wei as a central tenet.
The mindset of Western Civilization is focused on control, dominion, authority and force. The eastern philosophical traditions tend toward cooperation, mutual aid, self-arising and dependent origination.
We are free to choose how we interact and cooperate with the world as it is.
