I‘m a huge #Wuxia (#movies) fan, and the blurb reminded me a bit of #KungFuHustle - without its nonsense. I expect something like #TheGodfather set in an Asian #Fantasy world with #magic and #KungFu.

I am curious, but do not have great expectations.

Just got #BedRockGames' #StrangeTalesofSongling, a #horror #ttrpg inspired by #ChineseGhostStories (#ChineseGhostStory).

I like #Wuxia & Co. with or without Ghosts a lot.

I'm ashamed to say,.I fell asleep this afternoon during #BigTroublelnLittleChina, one of my favorite movies.

Unfortunately, I don't know any #ttrpg that simulates this variant of #UrbanFantasy even remotely well. Both #FengShui and #Shadowrun are far too fiddly for this wild mix of #Gunfu and #Wuxia. I guess I'll have to keep hoping and searching....

#LoPan is one of the coolest villains in film history.

Any #Wuxia fans out there? Checkout #OspreyGames': Righteous Blood, Ruthless Blades. If I recall correctly, #OgreGate uses a similar system. Back then I played #Cubicle7 #Qin, and I really liked our fantasy variant of ancient China.
Sadly they didn't translate all sourcebooks of the original French #ttrpg. #Wuxia is a crazy genre for any screen and gaming table (in my opinion).
Hopefully they will provide more material for #RighteousBlood! Enjoy.
