I’ve been spending a lot of my time lately working on bringing this #YCCC #SO2R board to life. Tonight I finally got enough of it working to send some CW through its keyer to my rig.

Now to learn Fusion 360 to make its aluminum enclosure…

After a couple of weeks of work in #KiCAD I Gerber’ed out my tweaks to the #YCCC SO2R #PCB. The original production uses components that are no longer made so it was a lot of researching components, updating footprints and rerouting.

Now to recreate the #enclosure. Looking at cutsendcut.com currently — holler if you know other (good/cheap) sources for one off aluminum enclosures…
