So I pulled out my old cover of For Your Love by The Yardbird. It's been on my "desperately in need of a remix" list for a while now. Pretty simple song, and so far I'm happy with my progress. All the months of work I did on the reworking of my Tom Petty Free Fallin' cover is really paying off I think.

RIP Jeff Back, 1944-2023. One of the all-time rock guitar greats, whose jazz playing was damn good, too. For my money, he was a far more inventive and soulful guitarist than his fellow ex-Yardbird Eric Clapton.
