Doing Yoga with Adriene's latest 30-day challenge. She's either really upped her cuing game this year, or my body is really absorbing the practice. I've never felt more in tune with my alignment, and what my muscles are doing.
Day 8 done. I needed some rest, and reset. Tomorrow I'm commuting for work so it will be more difficult to find time and energy to practice, but let's see... I hope everyone is doing OK #ywacenter #YogaWithAdriene #yoga

This is my third time doing #YWA #YogaWithAdriene 30 days of #yoga in January.
I have a daily routine of stretches and exercises to manage some mild chronic issues. I was also doing yoga before, then got bored I guess.
Day 1 had me feeling a bit creaky. Looking forward to seeing how I’m feeling by the end of the month!
Some accountability sharing: I started #YogaWithAdriene's new 30 Days of Yoga series "Center" #YWACenter. Spent the day helping a friend prep for a move, got home after dinner and still made it to the mat for Day 1! I've been doing yoga for a couple years but very on&off, last year I stopped halfway-ish, so trying to stay motivated for this year. I'll CW my follow-up posts on this so I don't spam y'all.

@subtleshiftinemphasis Also came to recommend #YogaWithAdriene for 30-days in January. I did it last year, although didn't make it through the whole month, and will be joining in again this year. Top tip: Do as much as you can and try not to get frustrated or give up if you can't do some things. Anything you do is good enough.

I've done 20 minutes of yoga today after months and my back and legs were very stiff... as usual, I felt much better at the end, physically and mentally.

Have found my #yoga groove again recently ... it is always my go-to when things aren't so good in my head but of late it's just becoming part of my regular day. 🧘♀️ I still struggle with burny upper arms though despite doing other strength work too. Any tips, aside from just keeping going?
Also if you've not tried yoga before, #YogaWithAdriene is a wonderful (and free) resource on YT. With bonus Benji-dog. 🐶
