@MarkusZoppelt #KeepassXC + Fortinet + Graylog would be pretty economical and not too complicated for a company that size. Currently making a similar proposal for a company that size now. Plus Fortinet adds #ZTNA (#zerotrust) and #antimalware features to the solution for them.

As far as convincing management vs commercial third party services... I've gotten a lot of validation this week for my pushing to not use them after Lastpass getting hacked, again.

Really struggling with Zero Trust and VPN choices at the moment.

@JefTek I'm definitely a fan of #MFA all the things. Much like #ZTNA, that one's a journey. I reckon cred stuffing exercises and password spray exercises produce info to tell the story why MFA & ZTNA should happen and can help inform the roadmap and planning. There's a lot of org change management that's got to happen w/the user community to make it a success. Done the intro of MFA for email users, years ago. Lots of comms before, during, and after D-Day. Went well, so I know it can be done.
