Yesterday a Canadian judge found Gabriel Sohier Chaput aka #Zeiger guilty of promoting hate. Zeiger was one of the most prolific writers for the Daily Stormer, one of the most popular neo nazi sites in the world. What most media coverage fails to mention is that Zeiger's real identity was found by anti-fascist researchers. That matters because despite all of Canada's anti-hate laws, Zeiger was able to spew his hatred for years and no law enforcement agency did shit about it. Some of his handy work included digitizing "Siege" a novel that imagines a leaderless nazi resistance committing acts of terror to bring about a race war. This book inspired the creation of the neo nazi terror group the Atomwaffen Division. Sadly this piece of shit will never see the inside of a jail cell.
