@Starblazer This is gross but look at your phlegm, if it's green, you have a cold; if it's yellow you may or may not have something that needs antibiotics. Here, we've relied upon Fire Cider and the #ZelenkoProtocol for some yrs now. Along w/OTCs and good nutrition, you may be able to avoid taking any antibiotics, which I believe is preferred.
