Über die politische Patenschaften für Gefangene im Iran was aktuell sehr viel Aufmerksamkeit genießt.

„Politische Patenschaft“ hat im Schicksal der „politischen Gefangenen“ im Iran oder sonst wo auf der Welt aus rechtlicher Sicht „absolut“ keine Relevanz!
Politische Patenschaft genießt im internationalen Recht keine Erfüllungsgarantie und sind nicht bindend.
Politische Patenschaft hat NUR eine Symbolische und demonstrative Dimension. Der politische Pate kann nur durch Interviews mit verschiedenen Medien den Namen eines politischen Gefangenen in den Fokus bringen und über seine Situation berichten. Allein das ist für Parlamentarier und ihren Parteien ein politisch-propagandistischer Mehrwert um sich für die nächsten Wahlen Prestige anzuhäufen.

Um es klarer dar zu legen: #Zeynab_Jalalian hat seit 2009 im deutschen Parlament einen politischen Paten, besagter Pate war aber nicht einmal für eine internationale politische Bekanntmachung des Falls nützlich. Das ganze wird dann in dem Moment zur Farce, wo die Profiteure des Menschenrechtsbusiness sehen dass jetzt die Zeit Opportune ist, die Gelegenheit nutzen wollen um sich ins Rampenlicht zu setzen und behaupten dass sie für #Zeynab_Jalalian einen Paten suchen ohne zu wissen dass sie seit Jahren einen hat.

Um es kurz zu machen: Das ganze ist ein neues Geschäftsmodell in dem einige celebrity-Aktivist:innen das Leben der Kämpfer:innen im Iran zur Ware machen und daraus Profit schlagen.
Die Überfokussierung auf ein politisches Konzept was rechtlich & exekutiv irrelevant ist, bringt die politischen Subjekte im Iran in eine Position in der sie die Befreiung vom Westen erwarten, und rechtfertigt damit ihre eigene Untätigkeit für das Leben der Kämpfer:innen in Haft. Damit stilisieren sie das Handeln und Profitieren mit dem Blut der Unterdrückten als „Kampf“.

Niemals und Niemals wird aus dieser, ach so erhabenen „Opposition und Menschenrechtsindustie“ eine Lösung für die Unterdrückten des globalen Südens erwachsen, außer wir bewerten die Selbstbereicherung der Aasfresser als Lösung.

"Political sponsorship" has "absolutely" no relevance in the fate of "political prisoners" in Iran or anywhere else in the world from a legal point of view!
Political sponsorship enjoys in the international right no fulfillment guarantee and are not binding.
Political sponsorship has ONLY a symbolic and demonstrative dimension. The political sponsor can only bring the name of a political prisoner into focus and report on his situation through interviews with various media. This alone is a political-propagandistic added value for parliamentarians and their parties to accumulate prestige for the next elections.

To put it more clearly: #Zeynab_Jalalian has a political godfather in the German parliament since 2009, but said godfather was not even useful for an international political publicity of the case. The whole thing becomes a farce the moment the profiteers of the human rights business see that now is the opportune time, want to use the opportunity to put themselves in the limelight and claim that they are looking for a godfather for #Zeynab_Jalalian without knowing that she has had one for years.

To make a long story short: The whole thing is a new business model in which some celebrity activist:s commodify the lives of fighters:s in Iran and profit from it.
The over-focusing on a political concept that is legally & executively irrelevant puts the political subjects in Iran in a position where they expect liberation from the West, justifying their own inaction for the lives of the fighters in detention. Thus, they stylize acting and profiting with the blood of the oppressed as "struggle".

Never and never a solution for the oppressed of the global south will arise from this, oh so exalted "opposition and human rights industry", unless we evaluate the self-enrichment of the scavengers as a solution.

#Zeynab_Jalalian, born March 10, 1982, a Kurdish political activist, was initially sentenced to death in 2008. In 2011, her sentence was reduced to life imprisonment.

She has spent the last 15 years without a single day out of prison, with no break. As well as needing urgent eye surgery, she is in critical need of care for severe injuries to the heart and digestive system, yet has been denied the right to medical treatment.

Over the past 15 years, Zeynab Jalalian has been transferred from Khoy Prison to five other prisons in Iran, including Dizel Abad Prison (in Kermanshah), Qarchak, Evin, Central Prison of Kerman, and now she is kept in Yazd Prison.

Moreover, she has been denied the right to appeal her current conviction. Along with the previous made-up cases against her, there are now new security cases being made up against her, adding to the already existing tortures and violent repressions.

Zeynab Jalalian is a strong and firm mountain. So, speaking up against oppression and discrimination against her will only highlight her strength and resistance.
