Great pro-tip on video calls I heard some time ago and use it since: Make the window showing the person you are talking with small and place it on the top of your screen, just below the cam. It gives the eye contact impression because you look almost straight to the cam. There's also a research showing that those large close-ups of the face make people somehow uncomfortable and smaller video helps you better focus on talking. #zoom #videoconferencing #remotework
