One thing I'm planning to add is a recommendation that for recurring meetings, every third one should be audio-only. (Being off-video should always be ok, too)
Plenty of research on #ZoomFatigue but coming up with this type of norm gives ppl a permission structure to follow their instinct but also note that "today is different"

I'm curious if there's any research around this question, and/or what practices folks have put in place. I'm familiar with the #RemoteFirst approach of "If one calls in, all call in" but that doesn't do anything to address the #ZoomFatigue that is very real for many people. 2/3
I dislike Zoom meetings but I dislike it even more when people don't turn up for them.
I will just curl up on the couch now and try to get the energy back that I burned through because of this. #ZoomFatigue
