To that point, #EarlyWarningServices has a network to the banks that was built for batch processing. If they want to compete with #PayPal, they need a modern network (e.g. #interconnection) like PayPal's. Lastly, if they want retailers to adopt they should deliver #A2Apayment for lower costs than #creditcards. #payments #banking
