A few cell phone 📷 shots from today's 🌅 outing at Abbott's Lagoon. It was a 🥶 start but didn't take long to warm up.
One surprise observation was the number of brown pelican carcasses (20-30) along the lagoon shore. I've heard stories of the local river otters taking down a few, but I don't know if they're the primary culprits. They were on the prowl.
