The video is an oldie but as relevant today as it was then.
There are hints of the abuse. See #humanTrafficking. The #Filipino variant is one common one (see #AbbyMartin for a history. Because the west control in many ways the media in almost every country but a few, the problem is harder to end.
The answer is #itsNotTooComplicated, we just need to stop.
