For too long permaculture has been seen as anti- political, at least electorally. But is this is fact the case? Or do permaculture's anarchic sensibilities tell a different story?

In this multi article series, we hope to expound on the concept of anarcho-permaculture, or Anaculture. To do this we will need to problematize permaculture and critique it's racist and colonial roots. Along the way we will examine the far right phenomenon of ecofasicm, and the dangerous influx of far right thinkers into ecological movement spaces. But the hope is to revitalize this movement and safeguard it against this sort of infiltration.
