@jdmyeepa Abby’s great. First met her through her all women’s old-times group, Uncle Earl. She lived in China for a bunch of years and that’s where she picked up playing banjo. the sparrow quartet's eponymous album is one of my favourites -- a remarkable band (a certain untouchable genius mr fleck joins his wife ms washburn on banjo) playing totally unique music in AW's private east/west idiom.
