Ich teste das jetzt mal mit Wert = 2, da ich eh alle Cookies mit CAD automatisch lösche.
Optionswerte:
cookiebanners.service.mode =
0 = Funktion deaktiviert (Standardwert)
1 = sofern möglich alle Cookies ablehnen, ansonsten aber nichts tun
2 = sofern möglich alle Cookies ablehnen, ansonsten alles zulassen

Mind you, the rate of BIG shiny shiny new toys is so ponderously sloooooooow.

Though default #Firefox lacks bells & whistles, a small cohort of specific #AddOns provides it with excellent enhanced functionality, whilst once the user tweaks its settings via either `about:config` #AboutConfig or a dedicated `user.js` #UserJS file, & also uses #uBlockOrigin [ideally in #HardMode], one's privacy & functionality needs are superbly met.

In my early months of Masto, last year, in my original #Instance, i personalised my Masto browser view to have five permanently visible columns, then used some #Stylus #css to adjust column widths, font sizes etc for comfy viewing in my browsers. The fifth column was the local timeline, which i used for casual reading during the times my Home column remained fairly "under-nourished".
One day, sometime last year, i learned from someone's helpful post that we could follow hashtags, something nowadays just blindingly obvious, but to me back then was utterly unknown. So i began doing so, adding more over time as needs & wants be.
A month or two ago, 'ish, i suddenly realised that nowadays i was spending ZERO time in that local timeline, given my Home column is always full as a goog, full up to dolly's wax, full to pussy's bow, et al 😜 Hence it was time to again edit my css, & my Masto interface, to revert to the four-column view.
TL;DR: following hashtags is fabulously handy!

Til now, i've been using https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/firefox-translations/ , which works well, albeit has a clunky UI. This apparently next-gen advance on the AO, baked-in via #aboutconfig, & enabling both the options per article, is elegant & effective, using https://linuxnews.de/ as my guinea pig. Nice; another AO now redundant.

Each weekly iteration of https://www.reddit.com/r/firefox/comments/10szhdi/weekly_discussion_for_nightly_builds_for_20230204/ bears the prominent warning per pic.
For several years [after my cautious initial testing] Nightly has been my daily browser. Not for Alpha-testing feedback, but simply for all MY daily online needs. As such, i cannot bear to NOT use my *extensive* `user.js` in it, despite that warning. Afaict, this has been & still is, enhancing not deteriorating my UX.
What about other Nightly users here? 🤨

Ist der Wert aktiv, wird das Fingerprinting eher erleichtert. Einige user.js-Vorlagen (wie Arkenfox) setzen den Wert auf "true". Das bitte nicht nachmachen.
