#AbstractWikipedia is unnessesary because translation:
* Most knowledge in Wikidata doesn't exist as translatable text
* Underrepresented language translation is bad, and could be improved with more NLG material (maybe?)
* Wikifunctions is interesting apart from Abstract Wikipedia, especially if #GlobalTemplates -style functionality could be hacked into it (and why not, it's Turing-complete ^^)

How can you link NLG/CNL templates to computational grammar rules? Details in a new-ish paper with my graduating student Dr. Zola Mahlaza. It is briefly contextualised and introduced here: https://keet.wordpress.com/2022/11/22/grammar-infused-templates-for-nlg/.
The topic also surfaced in the very recent design and ‘instrumentalization’ of the template language for Abstract Wikipedia, which passes the revue in the blog post as well.
