this community should enable young researchers connect established researchers.

it should also creat a space for collaboration between people since research is more of an interdisciplinary studies.

Additionally, it should help in a way advertising a position via one's institution or an opening somewhere. this is because, getting into the system through merit has been compromised, until you have someone in the inside.
