As my professional network grows, I am thinking of installing or implementing some system to help me remember academics in different areas. I'd like to keep a record that I can search whenever there's an opportunity to invite someone, collaborate, or just contact someone to discuss a topic.

Does anybody have such a record? If so, how do you implement it? Spreadsheet? Contacts app? Self-hosted NextCloud with some amazing plugin?

I'm leaning towards a Notion database with a default table view with fields for contact information and some tags to search in the future.

If there's any recommendation, let me know!
