Die Befragten wurden gebeten Attribute anzugeben, die für sie bei der Wahl eines Arbeitgebers am wichtigsten sind. Am häufigsten genannt wurden mit großem Abstand #Gehalt und Benefits (71%). Es folgen Atmosphäre, #Unternehmenskultur und Kollegen (59%) sowie Flexibilität und Work-Life-Balance (57%).
