Gunfire us reported today near a power substation in South Carolina, one day after most power was restored to 40,000 customers in North Carolina affected by attacks there.

Officials now say another NC substation was attacked Nov. 11, cutting power to about 12,000. Crews restored power in about 2 hours.

That attack occurred about the time of two attacks in Washington and Oregon, where five substation have been targeted.
