When you lie hidden and motionless on the ground in the woods to photograph a #EurasianSparrowHawk, and then unexpectedly a branch snaps & breaks beneath you.... then you know you're the one that's been spotted.

In unserem Erdbeerbeet hat sich gestern mittag noch ein #Drama abgespielt. Der #Sperber hatte sich eine von unseren lokalen #Wildtauben gekrallt.
Erstaunlich: Die Taube hat die Attacke überlebt, da der Sperber den mindestens ebenso großen Beutevogel erst mal rupfen wollte, anstatt ihn zu verspeisen.
