Burnout is real. I've done two of a dozen things I set out to do today: make cookies and order groceries.
Cookies go a long way to help with all of this, even if they are likely going to be mildly disappointing from their lack of gluten. It's harder to accept this on a burn out day. But easier after slowing down, acknowledging where I'm at, and then deciding what can get done.
