A few days ago (29 Nov), the Federal Prosecutoriat of Citizen's Rights (PFDC) of the Federal Public Ministry (MPF) published a 6 page technical note arguing that the changes recently (Feb 2022) introduced are #unconstitutional and contrary to the #UDHR, the #ICCPR and the #ACHR (all "treaties" on human rights that #Brazil ratified).

So far it appears no one tried to sue the government over these changes but I could be wrong.
