#activAnalyzer v2.0.1 is on its way to CRAN. v2.0.0 was very slow but it is much faster now. Since v2.0.0, the app provides both .html and pdf reports for activity volume, step-based, MX, and activity accumulation metrics.
As a reminder, the lifecycle of this app is "experimental" (https://github.com/pydemull/activAnalyzer), but there should not be major changes during the next months. Please tell me if you detect some bugs or errors!

{activAnalyzer} v1.1.0 is now on CRAN. An interesting new feature is the possibility to manually add physical activity periods (and related METs) that could have been recorded using a log, so that it can be easily taken into account in the final daily summary. #RStats #actigraph #activAnalyzer
