Nearly didn't make it back home safely from #ActiveTravelSummit. Cycling across London Bridge cranks seemed to seize up & I *just* managed to stop myself going over the bars, in front of a bus. Turned out my shoelace had undone & wrapped itself round a pedal 😱. Moral - keep those laces short & double knotted (& thanks to the passer-by who untangled me as I tried to hop to the side of the bridge!)
