Pokud se vám udělá , je dobré si vést seznam podmínek, za nichž se tento názor může změnit, myslí si . Není to těžké, je to i zábavné. Názory jsou jen dočasné závěry/hypotézy ovlivněné tím, co v danou chvíli víme, a co cítíme.

Názory nejsou _naše já_, ale měly by reprezentovat spíše naši schopnost přemýšlet a přehodnocovat, ne pamatovat si, co jsme si kdysi začali myslet a myslíme si to doteď.
