Every page of Chapter 2 of #AbiyAhmed 's #PhD thesis (2017, #AddisAbabaUniversity = #AAU) has apparent signs of plagiarism. See Annex C for the analysis [1] and decide for yourself.

For followers who don't know: Abiy Ahmed is the prime minister of #Ethiopia [2].

You might be interested in this thread - click and scroll up. I guess we'll see if anyone is motivated to make an official complaint to #AddisAbabaUniversity and if there's an official university enquiry.

Maybe people of Ethiopian background might like to create something like VroniPlag_Wiki (de) [2] and Dissernet (ru) [3]. I'm not sure if @timnitGebru might be interested ... (I'm just throwing ideas around ...)
