bisogna usare il metodo share dell'istanza con gli attributi text o url, ad esempio per condividere un testo:

#addtoany ha un #plugin che ti permette di condividere su tutti i social, compreso #mastodon:

ma mi sa che non è il massimo in tema di privacy, se vuoi c'è #shields, è una alternativa libera che supporta mastodon:

Per i siti #wordpress c'è solo il plugin #addtoany però ci sono degli ottimi script di #condivisione liberi da usare nel proprio #sito, c'è anche il "#condividi sul #fediverso" che ti fa condividere su tutte le piattaforme federate:
