Spent most of the weekend being a servant to my community. Though this is a blessing, I'm extra grateful for the time I was able to spend celebrating a birthday last night, and the time spent with family after ritual tonight and with partners after that; it was a wonderful way to make sure I didn't burn out. I'm so blessed to have a wonderful found family. #adfdruidry #serviceispunk #familytime

My predecessor as a Senior Druid with my Grove gave me some terrible advise, that I shouldn't show weakness as a leader.
But the more involvement I have with leadership, and interaction with other leaders, the more I believe that my weakness is a part of my strength...
