if you are trying to maintain a habit with #ADHD- plan to lose interest in 2-3 weeks after starting. To maintain it, change an aspect of the habit to make it more interstate. ex.exercise- change the time you workout, the type of activity or buy a new outfit. #ADHD2022 #adhdatwork

Itβs been a revelation. Is this what I have been missing all this time? Is this what neurotypical people experience most of the time?

As always at work I'm very focused on almost, but not entirely, the exact wrong thing.
Ok, it's important: renaming our Learning reports and adding descriptions & comments to make it possible for the entire training department find the correct info (I have overhauled our reports because the info people THINK they are collecting and the info they ARE collecting are not always the same thing).
But I'm ignoring so many more pressing items to do this!
