Sometimes it is difficult to troubleshoot the body's problems. I have had a headache today. Sleep? Check. Water? Check. Exercise? Check. Light/noise/fabric/posture? Quadruple check. It only occurred to me as I was heading to bed that it was a caffeine headache. Gotta love a routine disrupted routinely (school breaks). Wish me luck. #ADHDGirls #ADHD
