@theADHDAcademic been there done that - often conjoined words & mispronunciation with the next few ones already meddling with the current. Landed in a pickle few times in public speaking/ or in meetings but then a deep breath and “enforced” slow articulation helps.

While it’s the default mental switch, over last few years am training my muscles not to flip and take a pause before uttering out words. Subject knowledge and confidence helps a lot as it takes away the nervous speedy oration and brings calmness.
