This sounds like some #promising #physiotherapy #research into a more tailor made approach to #Exercise based #intervention to improve #adherence and the use of #behaviouralscience to achieve this. Be great to see a much larger study to see if the approach is a success!

I've certainly found in my #FirstContactPhysio role that simply how you explain why they should follow these exercises can be really effective
