Do you know what I love about running? Being alone with the music that gets me pumped up. Hey, I'm even crazy enough not to care if I sing when people pass by 😂! Singing helps me keep my threshold pace and it's functiona to my training.

I've also gone crazy and signed up for my first 10k. It will be the #adidas10k in Paris 🇨🇵 on June 11th. The goal I picked is the lowest available (pink) to get it done in 1h.
However there is still time and I can expect to improve my speed to finish the race in 45 min. I just don't want to have fun without grooming high expectations.
