Do employers have the right to mandate job applicants to provide proof of #COVID vaccine? This has been a topic of discussion with my #administrativeprofessionals mentees. In 2020-2021, it made sense for customer facing & in-office employees AFTER the offer was given as part of onboarding. Many job descriptions list as a requirement & that’s where I disagree. 1) if remote, why is proof required? 2) if the original vax are now considered dated, is proof of booster required? #jobhunting
