@Support@mastodon.social #adminneedhelp Hey, I've been having problems with empty ghost follows... this is a new instance, and earlier today I noticed I had a problem with IPv6... I disabled it on the server, but DNS was still AAAA. So I deleted it. maybe flush my instance?

Can you think of any reason or anything I need to do to resolve my connection issue with mastodon.social?

Can anyone tell me where to find the icon set #Mastodon uses?

(e.g. the timeline buttons, privacy settings, etc)

I did a test, deleting an accpunt as a user and then reactivating it as admin. The account came back but the user email is blank and I can't edit it from the Mastodon admin interface so I see no way for the user to log in.

I guess it should be possible to add the user's email back to the account directly in the database but that's above my paygrade.

@skk Looks like the smartest way to deal with this given what is technically available. Not sure it is enough to be EU/French law compliant (LCEN - https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loi_pour_la_confiance_dans_l%27%C3%A9conomie_num%C3%A9rique) though, for admins operating instances hosted in those countries.

This seems to be getting worse. Most local and remote users now have broken avatars. @Support@mastodon.social, does this sound familiar? Do you have an idea how to overcome this?

#AdminNeedHelp Upgrading to master broke some (remote) user icons. mastodon:maintenance:add_static_avatars was also aborted due to missing files. Is there a task to fetch the missing ones?
