It's written in corporate-speak ("We're improving things!"/We're actually making things worse) so I'm not 100% clear what is happening. It seems to be saying syncing will stop, but in the same email also says some files will remain in sync.
Anyone know what's happening?

This is especially useful when you need a poster attribute for your <video> tag.

Another modernization move, now from Adobe.
I never relied on storing files in Creative Cloud for a reason that something exactly like this will inevitably happen. Adobe has probably completed training their AI with user data and now tells you to suck it up and move along.
Own your data, store locally, do backups, build own IT infrastructure, support ethical providers and FOSS developers.

They decided to go with #Adobe DRM which mostly served to confuse customers who came to the conclusion that buying Icelandic ebooks was just too complicated. A few years later the publishers gave up on DRM but the damage was done.

55 followers · 291 posts · Server mas.to@JohnHimself Good choice. I've been migrating to #Linux as #Windows10 approaches sunset. Still haven't found a good replacement for #Irfanview and its easy to use custom slideshow mode (running it in #WINE stinks).
Unfortunately I still have to figure out virtualizing #Windows11 to deal with needing #AdobeCC and #MakeMusic #Finale for work, but at least I can contain the lunacy of #Microsoft and #Adobe somewhat within the VM.
