Happy adoptaversary to my fluffball princess 💕
When she first came she was stoic, let everything wash over her. I didn't realise how difficult the previous months must have been, her home and family gone.
We worked on her setting boundaries, learned to communicate, explored the unknown outdoors.
Now she can tell me what she likes, how she wants to be touched (not on her nails...), and chatters away at me all day. And she keeps my routine! My cuddle bug.

happy 7th #adoptaversary to this incredible guy. he's had quite an eventful year: got a new dog-brother (who he is really starting to like), had major surgery (removal of a cancerous tumor that cost him his tail), and spent time at a new boarding facility (with his new brother) while his humans took a belated honeymoon trip. but he is, in some ways, doing better than ever. here's to many happy returns, kiddo! 🐶
